1. Who we are (Data Controller)

This website, iusnation.com (“Ius Nation”, “we”, “us”), is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], with tax ID [NIF/CIF], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Spain. You can contact us at info@iusnation.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, email address, the relocation category you select, and the contents of your message), and basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and providing our intermediary services — legal basis: your request / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Connecting you with vetted partner law firms and advisors — legal basis: your consent and the performance of our service (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
  • Website security and analytics — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Sharing your data

Ius Nation is not a law firm. To deliver the services you request, we may share your information with independent, vetted partner law firms, tax advisors, notaries or certified translators, strictly as needed to handle your case. We also use service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Where any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability, by writing to info@iusnation.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
